Located just a stone’s throw from the stunning East Lothian coastline, we source local fish and ingredients to craft these classic, world-famous dishes.
What to expect:
Starter: Begin with a seasonal seafood dish that celebrates East Lothian’s abundant coastline.
Main Course: Master the art of homemade beer-battered haddock, twice-baked thick-cut chips, and traditional mushy peas. You’ll even whip up a tangy tartare sauce using our signature homemade mayonnaise.
