Haggis Bon Bons and Whisky Tasting

In this class, you'll learn how to create delightful Haggis Bon-Bons—crispy on the outside and bursting with savory flavor on the inside. You'll also discover how to make a rich, creamy whisky sauce that perfectly complements your Haggis Bon-Bons.  But that's not all—our expert instructors will guide you through a whisky cocktail demonstration, showing you how to create a balanced and refreshing drink using premium Scotch whisky. 

You'll also enjoy a guided whisky tasting, where you'll explore the distinct flavors and characteristics of a variety of whiskies, learning what makes each unique. Disabled access: There is full disabled access and a wheelchair friednly cookery station, please let us know when booking if you require this for your experience.  

Location: Nestled in a stunning 400 year old steading, the school is just a few minutes walk from Longniddry train station. We have a free car park and EV chargers onsite. 

What to bring: We provide everything you need for the class, including aprons. You may prefer to wear comfortable shoes.
